Marinacci Manuel

Italy Piedmont San Rocco Seno d'Elvio

Manuel Marinacci founded his own wine cellar in 2002 in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, following a passion matured in the years of study in agronomy and enology. His entry level wine was released in 2004.

The estate’s holdings is made up of four hectars, equally divided between Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo.

Manuel personally follows all the phases of Nebbiolo production: from maturation to harvesting to vinification.

Its Barbaresco is vinified in concrete vats without temperature control and with selected yeasts.

Barbaresco is then aged in Slavonian casks.

The style that Manuel uses for his wines is based on tradition with an emphasis on color, brightness and taste.

Each year they produce around 6.000 bottles.
