Online orders can be made either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or bank transfer.
Orders made by email or by phone can be made by bank transfer.
Once the order is completed it is not possible to cancel it.
If you have encountered a problem with the payment, please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to get back to you with the most accurate answer as soon as possible.
In the section BUY WINE is described the package of each bottle. Bottles may be in their original wooden case (OWC) or not.
In order to guarantee the safety during the transport, even the bottles in their OWC might be delivered in a different package.
Vinifera has 10 years of activity in the fine wine business. Within the section PRESS you can find some articles “about us” from the most important newspapers.
Vinifera is the only Italian trader member of the LIV-EX (London International Vintners Exchange), the global marketplace for fine wine reserved to the most renowned and professional merchants in the world.
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In the event that the packaging shows any signs of tampering, shortage or wine leakage, the customer must accept delivery "under reserve" and promptly inform Vinifera by email at the following address: email@example.com or by registered mail to our business office within three days of receipt of merchandise. The customer shall indicate the damaged goods and attach proof of delivery with the indication accepted "under reserve." Possible complaints will be acknowledged by Vinifera upon reception within 48/72 hours. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and followed by a dedicated support unit.How the wines are stored
All purchased wines are stored in our warehouse in the city center of Alba at a temperature between 15° e 17°C and humidity of 70%Delivery and costs

Shipment time vary upon the city of the consignee and from contingent bank holidays which may extend the expected time of delivery.
Expected time of deliver in Italy is 3-4 working days. Rest of the world 8-9 working days
Our mission is to provide the most accurate customer service.
