Anselme Selosse' apprentice, Olivier Collin owns 8,7 hectars divided in two parcells (Les Perrières and Les Maillons) both with more then 40 years-old plants. Starting from 2003 Olivier converts the company to organic agricolture although region's extreme climatic conditions.
Winery's practices are the same of Selosse. After the 'dégorgement a la volée' all the bottles of Champagne aren't dosed.
