Jérôme Prévost is an Anselme Selosse's apprentice. In 1987 he takes back 2,2 hectars of his family's vineyard in Gueux, at the bottom of the mountain of Reims.
He sold his grapes to retailers for 10 years, untill he met Selosse who offers Jérôme his help.
This way he starts producing a cuvée, 'Les Béguines' whit a “Bourguignonne” philosophy: the wine variety (Meunier), a soil (sandy-calcareous) and an ageing (100% in wood).
