Provenance of the wine
Exceptional provenance of the wine is in our DNA. All our wines are purchased “ex chateau” or from painstaking private collectors with perfect storage conditions.
How the wines are stored
All purchased wines are stored in our warehouse or in our third party warehouse, with temperature-controlled solutions
Our prices are competitive and in line with international market. Notwithstanding, we suggest not to buy solely on the basis of price. Web market often offers great deals, but we strongly recommend to buy from wine merchants who can offer full traceability of the wine and perfect storage conditions.

Cancellation of the order
Once the order is completed it is not possible to cancel it.
If you have encountered a problem with the payment, please write an email to email@example.com, we will do our best to get back to you with the most accurate answer as soon as possible.
We can offer great wines in different bottle size.
On our BUY WINE page you can find the description of each bottle and packages (cases).
In order to guarantee a safety trip to bottles, we pack wines in special wine boxes protecting their integrity.
Bottles sold in OWC could be shipped in special wine boxes too; the wooden case will anyway be shipped together on request.
Your wine will be delivered by selected international couriers.
Shipment time vary upon wines you did select, the city of the consignee and from contingent bank holidays which may extend the expected time of delivery.
Expected time of deliver in Italy is 3-4 working days. Rest of the world 8-9 working days
Your basket includes only “immediately available” wines? Then your order will be shipped in 24 business hours.
Your basket includes wines sold in “Live Trade” (pre-sale)? If so, the website will show shipping expected date and you could choose if confirm or not the order.
If your basket includes both, please consider you will receive only one shipping; about timing, please consider the timing of Live Trade wines.

What shall I do if one or more bottles are damaged
The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In the event that the packaging shows any signs of tampering, shortage or wine leakage, the customer must accept delivery "under reserve" and promptly inform Vinifera by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by registered mail to our business office within three days of receipt of merchandise. The customer shall indicate the damaged goods and attach proof of delivery with the indication accepted "under reserve." Possible complaints will be acknowledged by Vinifera upon reception within 48/72 hours. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and followed by a dedicated support unit.

After placing an order, you will receive a mail with all details, included the tracking n° that allows customers to follow their shippings.

In some countries it is not possible to deliver wine and alcoholic beverage. If you want to know if we can deliver to your country please write to firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if a bottle is corked
Our mission is to provide the most accurate customer service. In the event that a wine is contaminated with cork taint or other faults Vinifera - at its own discretion - may decide to replace such bottles or give a credit for future orders.
